Summer has come, marked by the switch to summer uniforms. Practices for the athletic festival have begun, and in addition to her other events, Komichi is in charge of the cheer squad. She says she volunteered for the position because it would give her the chance to watch everyone practice. Komichi has no idea what cheering entails, but after getting some advice from a classmate, she begins to look the part. Meanwhile, Erika and Shijou Riona work hard at tennis practice.
